Business Finance Analyst

Your Role

In this role, you will :

  • Manage the monthly operating costs for the CTO global team budget
  • Support Finance Director in month end reconciliation
  • Update individual team budgets with relevant changes
  • Create actuals vs forecast reports
  • Execute the review schedule with global teams
  • Run weekly and monthly review meetings with individual teams as well as leadership
  • Create new processes as needed including templates for the CTO teams to continue improving excellence and efficiency
  • Work with regional financial contacts to process accounting changes
  • Lead the balance sheet and cash flow statement consolidation, analysis and management reporting;
  • Maintain and understand key cash flow and balance sheet performance metrics for all teams in the CTO
  • Root cause financial issues / transaction issues
  • Become familiar with financial reporting cycles, process (e.g. vendor onboarding, purchasing, etc), and tools (e.g.

and proactively support CTO org as needed to execute the process

Your Background :

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, corporate financial planning or related field;
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required;
  • Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional financial modeling and analysis skills, balance sheet, cash flow and income statement analysis experience required;
  • Knowledge and application of sound accounting principles;
  • Strong proficiency in English, other European and Asian language skills a plus (we are a multinational, multilingual company, however English is the common language of our global team);
  • Understanding of US GAAP
  • Ability to work independently at times as well as closely and successfully with professionals of different backgrounds and cultures;
  • Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to manage a number of projects at any one time and deliver on commitments;
  • An ability to work as part of a dynamic leadership team to collaboratively solve complex problems innovatively;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to interact well with people of various backgrounds and levels; and
  • Strong proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
  • Highly skilled in MS Excel
  • Basic skills in SAP

  • Certification from any project management programs

  • Organized and able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
