Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the organization's long-term strategy to drive growth and innovation
  • Provide inspired leadership to the executive team and entire organization
  • Ensure the company achieves its financial and operational objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors
  • Drive operational excellence and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services
  • Lead strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
  • Serve as the public face of the organization in various forums
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and patient-centered care
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Drive digital transformation and the adoption of new healthcare technologies
  • Cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment

What We Are Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 7 years in C-suite positions, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large, complex organizations through periods of growth and change
  • Strong understanding of healthcare economics, policy, and the regulatory environment
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and experience managing large budgets
  • Track record of fostering innovation and driving digital transformation
  • Experience working effectively with a Board of Directors

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Advanced degree (MD, PhD) in addition to business credentials
  • Experience leading a public company or working with public company boards
  • International business experience
  • Strong network within the healthcare industry and related sectors

  • Competitive executive-level compensation package :
  • Base salary range : $500,000 - $1,000,000 annually, commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based annual bonus up to 100% of base salary
