Job Overview
We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our esteemed healthcare team. This position offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts under flexible 36 or 48-hour contracts as a 1099 contractor, with a competitive remuneration of $63.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients within a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) environment.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate patient conditions to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments efficiently.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans and health management strategies.
Required Skills
- Possession of a valid GA or compact RN License.
- Recent experience in a Long-Term Acute Care setting is essential.
- Proficient in the use of ventilators, tracheostomies, and intravenous drips.
- Current certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) are required.
Qualifications
- A nursing degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
- Recent experience in an LTAC setting is highly desirable.
