Position Summary
The ServiceNow HR Business Analyst provides critical operational and technical consultative guidance, focusing on collecting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Collaborating closely with the IT ServiceNow team, this role ensures the successful implementation of these requirements within the Human Capital HRSD platform.
As a "citizen" developer, the analyst will configure basic enhancements and changes to the HRSD platform in partnership with IT ServiceNow developers.
Additionally, the analyst will offer strategic oversight to HR Operations and Centers of Excellence, advising on best practices for optimizing the Internal ServiceNow HRSD platform.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of the HR Operations and the Centers of Excellence areas by providing consultative guidance and advice about best practices to our Internal ServiceNow HRSD platform.
- Analyze current HR processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HR applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the IT ServiceNow development team to ensure successful and accurate implementation of requirements
- Facilitate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions consistent with the business requirements
- Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to support successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on HR processes and ServiceNow implementations.
- Ability to analyze and utilize problem solving skills to support and maintain the Service Now HRSD, employee service center and knowledge base applications.
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices. (HCM experience preferred)
- Experience with ServiceNow system development or "Citizen" development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
