Job Title : Facilities TechnicianJob DescriptionAerotek is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Mechanic for its contract to provide facilities operations and maintenance services at the Maryland Library for the Blind and Print Disabled in Baltimore, MD.
Well rounded in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance.Candidate must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience performing HVAC and general maintenance for commercial or government buildings.
Experience in servicing commercial Heating, Air Conditioning, Electrical Trouble Shooting and Repair, Plumbing Service and repair.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the maintenance, repair and operation of commercial refrigeration to include package chillers, pneumatic controls, as well as general building maintenance items such as general carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
