Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of long-range plans, annual plans, and quarterly forecasts
- Perform weekly cash flow analysis and forecasting
- Prepare financial reports comparing actual results against budgets and prior year results
- Serve as the key analytical role supporting strategy and planning
- Develop KPI's and monitor progress against a reporting dashboard
- Ad Hoc projects involving analysis and reporting
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of business experience with significant forecasting, planning and analysis experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with other parts of the business
- Strong business acumen and judgment
- Ability to simplify and communicate financial issues with non-finance business partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products; expertise in MS Excel
- CMA, CSCA, CPA, or MBA preferred
- Great Plains / Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred

- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Professional presence is required
- Occasional travel may be required
