Position
A Private Wealth Advisor team within our Private Wealth Management business unit is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team as a Client Associate.
The Client Associate will work with our Private Wealth Advisor team members and will interact directly with high-net-worth clients.
The ideal candidate will be the face of the practice and is thorough in their work, operates with a high attention to detail, has strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills, and is driven to develop and grow in their role.
Responsibilities
Provide top quality service to clients by understanding and handling the following key operational items, including but not limited to :
o Being the primary contact for the client onboarding process and assisting every step of the way to ensure a positive and satisfying experience for new and existing clients.
o Account opening and overall daily account maintenance.
o Transferring assets as well as internal and external money movement
o Completing investment subscription documents for specific alternative investments and hedge funds.
o Proactively responding to all client inquiries.
o Monitoring alerts and ensuring accounts are in good order on a daily basis.
- Assist in preparation of key performance reports, PowerPoint presentations and notes for client meetings to ensure that the advisor and team have all the presentation materials in a timely manner.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting with media and public relations efforts, particular marketing campaigns and updating marketing collateral when needed.
- Offer administrative and office management support to the team on a daily basis.
- Help to manage the team’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) efforts by completing the necessary filing and maintaining client files in an efficient way.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior client service experience within financial industry, or equivalent experience, preferred.
- Series 7 & 63 preferred and if not, willingness to obtain.
- BA / BS degree
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and organize workflow, team-player mentality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high intensity work environment as well as manage multiple tasks effectively with frequent interruptions.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel & PowerPoint.
Compensation Range
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown.
