A Day in the Life of an Inside Sales Representative :
- Start the morning with our Daily Team Huddle
- Create insurance quotes for prospective clients over the phone
- Ensure all of our clients have an amazing experience
- Collaborate with our team of professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets
Requirement
- Education : Possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Experience : Previous sales experience is advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional communication and people skills.
- Motivation : Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Relationship Management : Capability to establish and sustain client relationships.
- Certification : Openness to acquire the required licenses and certifications to become a Farmers Insurance agent.
- Ethics : Compliance with high ethical and professional norms.
- Transportation : Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
