Responsibilities :

• Build Lasting Relationships : Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Search : Source and recruit top-tier legal, supply chain & procurement or finance professionals within the US Market.
• Screening Mastery : Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to ensure a perfect match.
• Client Collaboration : Meet with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Deal Closer : Utilize your negotiation skills to secure offers and close deals successfully.
• Exceed Targets : Thrive in a results-driven environment by meeting and surpassing set recruitment targets.

Requirements :

• Experience Matters : Minimum of one year in recruiting with 360 recruitment exposure.
• Communication Expert : Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Emotional Intelligence : High EQ to navigate the nuances of each market and build meaningful connections.
• Detail-oriented : Strong attention to detail to ensure the perfect match between candidates and clients.
• Team Player : Ability to collaborate within a team while also excelling independently.
• Master of Multitasking : Juggle various tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work setting.
