Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support for partners and professional staff, including scheduling, document management, and meeting coordination
Assemble tax returns and financial documents, process client tax returns, and assist with billing and reports
Maintain internal reference libraries, handle client communications, and ensure confidentiality in all matters
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a professional support role
Preferred experience in a professional services support role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat
Professional appearance and cheerful demeanor
Team-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
