We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team, filling a critical role due to the retirement of a team member.
This versatile position involves hands-on campaign proofing and project management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, flexible, and coachable, and willing to learn various software tools.
Responsibilities : Campaign Proofing :
Campaign Proofing :
- Oversee end-to-end campaign processes, from order initiation to going live.
- Collaborate with the sales team to process orders, coordinate creation, obtain approvals, and ensure flawless execution.
- Conduct thorough proofing of all campaigns to guarantee accuracy and quality.
Software Utilization :
- Utilize various software tools, including Unbounce, Active Campaign, Zappier, Social Proof, Facebook, Canva, HubSpot, and others.
- Learn and understand the functionalities of these tools for effective campaign execution.
Website Maintenance :
- Contribute to the ongoing rebuild of the website.
- Maintain and update the website as needed.
Potential Project Management Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage workflows.
- Establish processes for the team to follow.
- Maintain an internal workflow portal.
- Prepare for events, including collateral, booth setup, and travel arrangements.
- Provide support to the production team, troubleshooting and implementing high-end fixes.
