Responsibilities would include but not be limited to : Drafting of all petitions and letters (probate, administration, accounting) Corresponding and following up with clients and the Court Department calendar management Department project management General administrative duties;
filing and scanning Required : Formal training and study as a paralegal ideal, minimum of 3 years experience. Bachelor's degree or higher.
Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint. Experience with e-filing. Experience with Clio a plus.
Salary Rage : 70k-90K Powered by JazzHR
