Fire Systems, Inc. is currently hiring for a Sprinkler Fitter position. Join our team of fire and life safety professionals!
Technical Skills Required :
- Knowledge and understanding of NFPA codes and standards for inspection, testing and installation
- Ability to test and repair :
- General wet and dry pipe systems
- Backflow Preventers
- Pre-action systems
- Fire pumps (electric and diesel)
- Foam systems
- Bonus skills (but not required for consideration) :
- System knowledge of water mist systems and clean agent system
Other Requirements :
- NICET certification preferred
- All candidates must be able to pass drug, alcohol, and background checks.
- Able to work Monday-Friday with some on-call, after-hour and weekends (as required)
- Must possess good driving and criminal history (may be subject to Department of Justice and FBI background check)
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift at least 60 pounds above your head
- Must be able to climb ladders, crouch in confined spaces, and work in high spaces
