Project Manager Commercial Storefront
Company Overview : We are a leading door and window company specializing in commercial storefronts and Division 8 construction.
We pride ourselves on our high-quality products and exceptional service. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee projects in the Dayton / Columbus area.
Position : Project Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute commercial storefront projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Oversee all aspects of Division 8 construction, focusing on door and window installations and products.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project operations.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial storefronts and Division 8 construction.
- Confirmed expertise in door and window products.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
