Job Description :
The role requires weekend support as part of shift-based coverage
Assists in the monitoring of production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace and Grafana.
Work closely with the L2 / L1 / AD teams to improve thresholds and alerting of critical flows.
Assist with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Additional Skills :
Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and / or automation scripting.
Working understanding of public cloud.
Consumer banking experience is preferred.
Working experience on tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace and Grafana
Must have skills - 3 to 5 years of experience

Pay Range : $45 - $50
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market;
