SUMMARY OF POSITION :
Responsible for the maintenance, repair and upgrades to the heating ventilation and air conditioning systems and their associated controls.
This includes air-handling equipment; exhaust fans, variable-air-volume systems, furnaces, crematories, humidifiers and air filtration equipment.
Also included is the associated control systems for the equipment both digital and pneumatic.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.Ã Â
- HVAC training requiredà Â
- Three (3) years job related experience in residential or industrial HVAC, plumbing and mechanical trades required.Ã Â
- Valid driver's license required.Ã Â
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S) :
- Operation of tractors, forklifts, bucket trucks, high lifts and other types of equipment preferred.
- Universal Refrigeration License and EPA certification preferred.Ã Â
- CPR certification and First Aide training preferred.Ã Â
- Industrial HVAC, Plumbing and Refrigeration experience is preferred.Ã Â
