Your Responsibilities as a Leader :
Manage day-to-day operations for a 450+ unit market rate + affordable community.
Coach, train, and develop a team, including maintenance and leasing team members.
Develop and manage the operating income / expense budgets.
Adhere to all compliance regulations and housing laws.
Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction.

Tech-Savvy : Proficient in either Appfolio, Yardi, or Onesite preferred.
