Production Supervisor - Located in Grafton, ND

Job Overview :

As a ProductionSupervisor you will supervise manufacturing operation of assigneddepartment by implementing operation strategies that guide anassigned department to achieve business results;

primarily focusedon working with department leadership and employees to achieveproduction and quality goals while maintaining a safe workingenvironment at all times.

• Develop departmentleadership and employees through day-to-day coaching and providingconstructive feedback
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement byinspiring employees to problem solve within their locus of controlin their work cell.
• Establish a culture of accountability by addressingemployee behaviors that are counter to a productive, energizingenvironment.
• Ensure employees are offered opportunities of jobrotation, cross-training and personaldevelopment.
• Meet or exceed production schedules with optimumuse of crewing and resource allocation on a daily, weekly andmonthly basis.
• Ownership of operating a safe working environment,including timely accident investigations and on-the-spotrectification of safetyhazards.
• Maintain processes, products and services of highstandards established by company qualityobjectives.
• Work through leads and employees to ensureequipment producing products that meetspecifications.

You're a goodfit if you have (or if you can) :

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including coachingand mentoring
• Strong written and verbal communicationskills
• Positive workattitude and able to hold others accountable for their actions,behaviors and attitudes
• 3-5 Years of progressivemanagement / supervisor / lead experience (preferably in amanufacturingenvironment)
• Ability to work with various manufacturing andoffice-based technology systems, including ERP and Microsoftprograms

Schedule :

Day shift, 5 : 00a.m -3 : 30pm, Monday - Thursday, and any requiredovertime.
