Receptionist / Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Perform all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities
• Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing and creating reports
• Receive and enter lead calls and job referrals
• Perform excellent customer service
• Receive general phone calls and greet visitors
• Document calls for weekly call log reports
• Dispatch and Pending Follow-up
• Track pending lead calls and job referral follow-up
• Analyze dispatch reports
• Schedule Tracking and General Administration
• Coordinate production schedule and monitor logistics
• Coordinate on-call schedule
• Perform general administration

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

1. Receptionist

• Dispatch lead calls and job referrals
• Track pending lead calls and job referral follow-up
• Analyze dispatch reports

3. Schedule Tracking and General Administration

• Coordinate production schedule and monitor logistics
• Coordinate on-call schedule
• Perform general administration
