The Pharmacy Manager oversees the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing staff, and delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage pharmacy operations, including staffing, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provincial pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery and patient care.
- Provide leadership and support to pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional development.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance pharmacy operations.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and relevant management experience.
- Licensure as a pharmacist in the relevant province or state.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in pharmacy operations and patient care management.
