Key Responsibilities Engage with customers over the phone to understand their needs and provide assistance. Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries effectively.
Maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers. This position is an in store position. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or call center atmosphere is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
