POSITION

We are searching for an RFP writer to join the Galliard RFP and Marketing team. This role combines creativity and strategic development, providing an outstanding opportunity to excel in the asset management industry.

Craft world-class responses to questionnaires, RFPs, and RFIs and contribute to our globally recognized firm's success.

Galliard Capital Management, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allspring Global Investments Holdings, LLC and specializes in fixed income and stable value management.

Located in Minneapolis, we manage investment portfolios for institutional clients, including corporate retirement plans, operating funds, insurance reserves, foundations and endowments, healthcare funds, Taft-Hartley plans and public entities.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to questionnaires and proposals by the specified due date, ensuring flawless execution.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop comprehensive and creative responses.

Write and edit high-quality, innovative responses that reflect our world-class standards.

Manage the RFP process, strictly tracking deadlines to ensure timely submissions.

Coordinate the proposal database to ensure all responses are updated and accurate.

Manage and request data and copy to be included in questionnaires.

Update consultant databases using vendor resources to maintain current and accurate information.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging white papers on relevant investment topics, as required.

CANDIDATE

We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated writer who is passionate about the asset management business. The ideal candidate is a proven project manager looking to grow and excel in this role.

You should be ready to engage collaboratively within our diverse team while also having the drive to work independently and deliver outstanding results.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience in communications or writing.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within strict deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in asset management and investment products.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Experience with the proposal database Loopio.

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.

Ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently.

Capability to make prompt and autonomous decisions in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.

Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities within strict deadlines.
