Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a comprehensive data governance framework, including policies and procedures

Facilitate the organizational data governance committee and lead requirements gathering for data governance processes

Conduct data-related risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with governance policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field

8+ years of experience in data governance or related disciplines, with a focus on implementing governance frameworks

Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders

Strong understanding of data lifecycle management and regulatory compliance

Proficiency in data architecture, data management, and analytical tools
