A high-level Mechanical Contractor with a reputation for excellence in building is seeking an talented Lead Controls Technician to service and provide maintenance for HVAC systems on commercial and industrial projects.

Required :

• Would prefer to have 3+ years of experience
• Schneider Electric and / or Distech Training preferred
• Controls Start-Up / Commissioning
• Generate and load enterprise-level controller software
• Design / Install graphics and put together submittal drawings
• BACnet & Modbus Integration
• DDC Programming & Rewriting Sequences
• Service of Controls (Open-IP) devices
• Equipment : VAV Boxes, Air Handling Units, Package Units, Boilers, Chillers / Chilled Water Systems
• Training of Owner individuals on controls and safety
• Certification : Tridium Niagara 4 and / or EcoStruxure Platform
