Are you an experienced Safety Manager looking for a new opportunity in maritime construction services? We have a FULL-TIME position available in Seattle, WA.
This role involves overseeing OHS programs, strategy, and staff activities for our Dive Construction Business Unit.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in EHS or related field
- 5+ years of OHS management experience in construction or maritime service and repair safety
- Professional Certification from a recognized organization
- Familiarity with US Coast Guard, US Navy, and ADCI standards
- Experience in developing safety programs and driving health and safety metrics
Preferred Experience :
Background in scuba or helmet diving
Responsibilities include :
- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert on OHS regulations
- Managing the Dive Safety Team
- Developing safety programs for maritime construction
- Leading OHS audits and inspections
- Building positive relationships with regulators
- Overseeing employee training programs on OHS compliance
