Job Title : Superintendent

Job Location : Traveling

Salary : $120k-$135k + Vehicle + bonus + Benefits

Requirements : 5+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent + Experience on Commercial projects such as retail, Restaurants, Hotels, fuel stations, etc.

Ground-up experience is preferred

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc.
• Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
• Monitor construction progress
• Maintain a good client / customer relationship throughout the project

What You Need for this Position

• 6+ years experience as a Superintendent
• Ground-up commercial projects - Retail / Restaurants / Hotels / Fuel Stations / etc.
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated
