Summary of Work
As the Custodial Supervisor, you will perform, direct, and supervise all custodial services at the Grand Forks Armory Complex in Grand Forks, ND.
Duties include providing consistent custodial services while adhering to safety practices and procedures.

The Custodial Supervisor, will direct the work of all custodial personnel, determine work schedules, conduct training, determine custodial equipment maintenance needs, inventory of custodial supplies, and conduct physical inspections of buildings to ensure established standards are met.
Ability to operate various equipment such buffers, scrubbers, carpet cleaners, etc. Lift up to 50 lbs. and may be required to work some weekends or additional hours, if needed.
