Job Requirements & Responsibilities :
The Salesman / Estimator will provide commercial roofing formal bids and / or budgets through interpreting plans, specifications, performing take-offs and estimating job costs.
The salesman / estimator will be in direct communication with clients and their representatives to ensure that our estimates meet their needs and requirements.
- Completing bid opportunities in an efficient and accurate manner
- Business development : Events, creating new relationships
- Understanding job specific plan sets and specifications
- Keeping up to date information in Salesforce platform
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsfot Excel
- Excellent customer service Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to work with others well
- 3 + years commercial roofing estimating required
- EDGE and Bluebeam knowledge is a plus
