What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to conceptualize training design and content
  • Define learning objectives, course structures, and assessments for training programs
  • Analyze existing content and tasks to tailor training for target audiences
  • Develop learning materials following company standards, including presentations, guides, and assessments
  • Conduct meetings with subject matter experts for content review and validation

What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing instructor-led, eLearning, or virtual training in a technical environment
  • Experience in developing training specifically for the utility industry
  • Proficiency in technical writing and knowledge of adult learning theory
  • Strong Task Analysis skills and knowledge
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Word

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Familiarity with QuestionMark and Author-it software
  • Experience working in high-performing teams
  • Background knowledge in safety protocols within the industry
