What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Collaborate with engineering teams to conceptualize training design and content
- Define learning objectives, course structures, and assessments for training programs
- Analyze existing content and tasks to tailor training for target audiences
- Develop learning materials following company standards, including presentations, guides, and assessments
- Conduct meetings with subject matter experts for content review and validation
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing instructor-led, eLearning, or virtual training in a technical environment
- Experience in developing training specifically for the utility industry
- Proficiency in technical writing and knowledge of adult learning theory
- Strong Task Analysis skills and knowledge
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Word
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Familiarity with QuestionMark and Author-it software
- Experience working in high-performing teams
- Background knowledge in safety protocols within the industry
