BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) for our Greenville , NC Assistive Care State Programs home care office.
This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager :
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult clients and conduct assessments in Greenville, NC and other surrounding areas.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise Home Health Aides in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager :
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience
