Medical Office Administrator / Receptionist
Do you live in Naples, Bonita Springs, or Estero and have medical office experience?
We are looking for a Medical Front Office Administrator / Receptionist for one of our client's busy medical office at their Naples and Bonita Springs locations.
The right candidate for this position will have experience running a medical office, front office scheduling, medical billing, have working knowledge of QuickBooks, and very organized, .
PrideStaff, a National Staffing Agency, responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet company's workforce needs and goals.
This is a full-time temp-to-hire position.
Pay Rate : $18 - $25 / hr. DOE
Schedule / Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
Location : Naples and Bonita Springs Locations Available
Front Office Administrator / Receptionist Required Skills :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks is required
- Previous Medical office experience and running the business
- Previous medical billing experience
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and in person
- Experience with office equipment such as copier, fax, scanner, and multi-line phones
- Front office scheduling experience
- Must be able to thrive and multitask in a busy environment
- Organized
- Compose memos, transcribe notes, and research and create presentations
- Generate reports, handle multiple projects, and prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports
