As a customized solution provider and by working through a vast network of distributors, we quickly and efficiently serve many end use markets, including food service, healthcare, agriculture, commercial properties, manufacturing, education, governmental agencies and more.

We are growing and looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the team! This position will work in Carol Stream on a hybrid schedule and will be expected to travel to North Chicago occasionally to visit the account.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high-volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their queries, complaints, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Understand client needs and customize existing business programs to meet their needs.
  • Prepare reports on account status and communicate with key clients regularly, ensuring they are kept informed of any changes or updates in their orders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of deals in a way that accomplishes client and company objectives.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure product specifications and delivery timelines are met.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role in the Healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
