About Solar For All Capital Good Fund has been awarded an $156 million Solar for All grant under the EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund to bring the benefits of solar to thousands of low-income and disadvantaged Georgians over the next five years.

To support this program, Good Fund seeks an experienced Compliance Manager to serve as a subject matter expert on federal grant compliance, develop standards and processes for ensuring compliance, and train staff, subrecipients, and contractors on compliance requirements and procedures.

Position Summary The Compliance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring programmatic compliance with all federal and local laws, regulations, and policies while bridging the impact of our programs with the program budget.

As a key part of the organization's governance, risk, and compliance strategy, the Compliance Manager will work with departments to develop and maintain a compliance program, and to foster a culture of integrity and accountability.

The successful candidate will join our Compliance Team, collaborating with various stakeholders to contribute to Solar for All programmatic goals.

This key role involves partnering with our General Counsel, Director of Georgia BRIGHT, and other stakeholders and departments to provide program and operational compliance oversight, resource management, and complete reporting in alignment with federal compliance standards.

The Compliance Manager will plan, organize, and help implement Capital Good Fund’s technical and cross-departmental strategic projects.

The main duties include setting project timelines and activities, coordinating production and technical project releases and roll-outs, task management, and presenting on projects’ progress and results.

The ideal candidate will have experience with managing projects, setting deadlines, change management, and working with multiple stakeholders to identify ongoing challenges.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be included as assigned : Draft, modify, and implement standards and processes to meet Solar for All compliance and quality requirements;

proactively communicate and train other staff and support their adherence. Act as advisor to the organization regarding Solar for All compliance and quality assurance measures, proactively contributing guidance related to all compliance factors and provide mentorship and training to staff.

Collaborate with General Counsel, Director of Georgia BRIGHT, Development, Accounting, and C-Suite, to contribute to financial performance reporting, ensure both fiscal and grant compliance and manage quality assurance, as well as develop and manage quality management and assurance plans and associated activities for environmental information as required by the EPA and that adhere to federal quality control standards.

Manage program adherence to relevant federal statutes, including but not limited to the Davis Bacon Act and related regulations, including DBRA compliance with respect to sub-recipients.

Partner with the Director of Georgia BRIGHT to establish and execute a contractor compliance program. Mentor new staff on compliance and continuously monitor staff’s compliance to standards.

Assist in the development and creation of processes and procedures for detailed metrics tracking, and proactively aggregate and monitor to support improvements and increased meaningful benefits of the program.

Define and administer document and data management processes, procedures, and tools. Define compliant subscriber processes and procedures for individual participant enrollment, certification / income qualifications, and lifecycle tracking.

Manage Solar For All procurement processes, subaward contracts, and routine monitoring of administrative compliance Manage a comprehensive compliance risk and issue log for all program activities and proactively present these to management, Executive team, and C-Suite appropriately.

Compose, manage, and present reporting to senior management and external regulatory bodies based on needs, trends, and issues.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Great educational background, with proven history and experience in compliance management.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance management, quality assurance, or a related field. Experience within federal grants, nonprofit, renewable energy or environmental sectors preferred.

Deep knowledge of compliance methodologies, and management of applied compliance strategies. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing federal grant reporting requirements, particularly with EPA or similar agencies. Salary and Benefits $80,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience Medical, Dental, and Vision packages 401K with employer matching contribution Generous Vacation Packages, Company Holidays, and Administrative time off.

Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
