Reporting to the Director of Wellnessresponsibilities and essential job functions include but are notlimited to thefollowing :
- Consistentlyoffer professional friendly and engagingservice
- Ensure all fitnessand Club services protocols and procedures arefollowed
- Ensure thecleanliness of the Fitness Center and teaching area including whereequipment is housed
- Ensurethe smooth operation of all equipment through periodic servicechecks and reporting and issuespromptly
- Responsible forscheduling and organizing the daily business of personal trainingclients Submission and organization of proper paperworkfor daily clientele
- Performvarious body work modalities including but not limited torestorative myofascial release ART Hendrickson Technique physicaltherapy among others
- Planand conduct fitness exercise sessions personal training sessionsgroup training experiences and inservice educationsessions.
- Maintainprofessional certifications (NASM ACSM ACE AFAA Pilates) whilecontinually pursuing a greater degree of knowledge andexpertise
- Maintainingcurrent CPRCertification
- Stronginterpersonal and problem solvingabilities
- Provide a highlevel of guest satisfaction through effectivecommunication
- Highlyresponsible &reliable
- Ability to workcohesively as part of ateam
- Ability to focusattention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
- Follow departmentalpolicies andprocedures
- Follow allsafety and sanitationpolicies

Qualifications :
- PossibleJumping; Bending; Running as necessary to demonstrate exerciseroutines.
- Occasionallifting and carrying up to 20lbs.
