Position Summary The Student Worker position will be responsible for performing general clerical duties and providing additional office support for the Feik School of Pharmacy.
This position reports to the Secretary for the Dean of Pharmacy. Essential Functions Perform general clerical duties which include :
- Answer phone and Front Desk Coverage.
- Assist Faculty with organization.
- Photocopying.
- Restock Office Supplies & Printers.
- Inventory Office Supplies
- Assist with Special events on site.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Knowledge Skills and Abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Punctuality and dependability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
- Appropriate attire according to Student Handbook
- Experience using Microsoft Office or related platforms.
- Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of UIW FSOP.

Required Education Current UIW student with a 2.5 GPA (or higher). Required Work Experience None. Preferred Qualifications Previous work experience in a similar role.
Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations None. Work Hours
- Flexible hours available depending on the selected candidate’s schedule with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Hours available must fit within the range of Monday to Friday 8 a.m. 5 p.m.
Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
