Client Service Specialist

The Client Service Specialist (CSS) thrives on identifying and solving customer problems, ensuring exceptional service. This role demands a visionary mindset, combined with meticulous attention to detail and outstanding follow-up skills.

CSS professionals are innate communicators with a passion for serving both customers and the company. They must adeptly manage multiple projects in various stages, excelling in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary contact for all sales enablement and execution, from initial sale through post-sale support.
  • Expertly address client and ad agency inquiries and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in both traditional and digital media.
  • Create and deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of customer needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective advertising campaigns, product marketing strategies, and sales collateral.
  • Maintain and utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and MMS (Membership Management Software) for effective sales reporting.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Operations, Events, and Administrative teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison with Sales, drafting final sales agreements for clients.
  • Accurately record all sales commitments in media and event run-sheets.
  • Assist in resolving billing and account management issues.

Knowledge and Skills :

  • Prompt responsiveness in all communications, both internal and external.
  • Proficient in qualifying projects to streamline the sales cycle.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Extensive experience with Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, and Internet applications.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with relevant experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in sales, client support, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar platforms including workflow maintenance and sequences as well as ensuring data integrity, proper documentation, and maintenance.
