Position Overview :

At RYZE Claim Solutions, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Director to join our team in Tampa, FL. As the Human Resources Director , you will play a crucial role in driving our workforce strategies forward.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all HR functions and systems, supervising HR personnel, managing employment relations, and utilizing data analysis to inform decision-making processes.

This pivotal role demands strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to provide guidance and support to our management team as we navigate the dynamic landscape of human resources. Top of Form

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all HR functions and systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Supervise the work of HR personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage functional areas of HR, including personnel records, employee relations, compensation management, benefits administration, workers' compensation, and special projects.
  • Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Accomplish special projects by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities.
  • Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
  • Develop, update, and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Plan and make improvements to new employee orientation processes.
  • Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in the HR field.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
