Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Job Description
This is a contract / project-based position to help support the process of converting HR paper documents into electronic filings.
The project will last 6-9 months. Responsibilities include :
- Scanning and filing HR paperwork into the Workday system
- Data entry of documents and auditing for accuracy
- Handling transactional benefits tasks (updating benefits information for employees and external updates)
- Supporting managers and team members with organizing documents
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed (recycling electronics, organizing documents,

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Decatur, Illinois.
Work Environment
Decatur office : Manufacturing site, older site but renovated inside. Office setting (cubicles) sitting with the team as well as 2 service coordinators and 2 benefit analysts.
Not a lot of people there but extremely relaxed and less corporate feeling. Hours : 8am - 5pm.
