Legal Administrative Assistant (Real Estate)
Our client is a prestigious national law firm. They are seeking a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant (Real Estate) to work in its Red Bank, NJ office.
The role will be full-time onsite.
As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Real Estate attorneys. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Coordinate communication between clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are filed accurately and promptly.
- Schedule and manage attorney calendars, including meetings, court dates, and client consultations.
- Conduct basic research related to real estate matters and gather relevant information.
- Handle general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and processing mail.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for attorneys as needed.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in legal administrative support, preferably in real estate law or within a real estate environment.
- Knowledge of Real Estate documents and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while maintaining confidentiality
