Essential Job Functions

• Leverage extensive technical underwriting, product development / innovation, strategy, sales and analytical skills.
• Possess deep, Warranty-industry-specific knowledge.
• Help Aon capitalize on existing client and prospect need in the areas of consulting and brokering of all forms of Warranty Solutions, including new, socially impactful performance guarantees in the Pharma space.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Warranty U / W experience.
• Strategic Leadership : Formulate and enforce a robust strategy to grow Warranty Consulting & Broking Innovation Practice
• Strategy, Growth Planning and ability to Capitalize on internal pipeline.
• In-depth understanding of global structure, compliance w / r / t Warranty Programs and alternative approaches.
• Experience on the Carrier side in Warranty Underwriting and / or Product Development is highly preferred.

Education

College education preferred or equivalent work experience.

Pay Transparency Laws :

The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000 annually. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.

The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
