A startup company founded by some of the most experienced and successful veterans of the flash
memory industry is seeking a highly motivated semiconductor device engineer to work on novel 3D
memory.
Day to day activity consists of making wafer-level device measurements and characterization. Able to
rapidly digest process, device, design and systems related knowhow and incorporate these concepts into
solutions is required. Deep thinking and knowledge of semiconductor memory devices and design
concepts are essential. Opportunities for making innovative breakthroughs abound.
Sunrise Memory is now at the cusp of a growth spurt and this may be an opportune time to join our

Education requirements are Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. in electrical engineering, physics or related
fields.
Qualified candidates can be recent graduates with appropriate education or those with experience in
the field.
The following past experiences are considered very useful :
Experience with wafer level device measurements
Experience in semiconductor memory devices including flash memory or DRAM
Coding experience in C, C++, and / or Python (measurement automation)
