JobDescription :

• The PEGA BA willparticipate on teams consisting of developers SME stakeholders toconvert the business requirements process flow use cases and thesupporting integration documents into a fully functionalapplication that meets userneeds.
• Note This is a hybrid position.Contractors will be expected onsite Wednesday andThursday.
• 4 years minimum PEGA BusinessArchitect experience required as well as a 4year college degree.Certification is not required althoughdesired.
• Pega Business Architect will actas a liaison between the business users stakeholders andtechnologists. This individual will be responsible to work withLead System Architect and Leadership team jointly charting businessand technical strategies.
• This position will have theopportunity to exercise a variety of skill sets while participatingin software development and systems integration projects for a widevariety of users andstakeholders.
• The ideal candidate will have astrong background in requirements gathering tracking and analysiswith an ability to communicate the information to both technicaland nontechnicalprofessionals.
• The primary function of thisposition will involve the evaluation of user needs and developmentand implementation of technological solutions to solve thoseneeds

Experience :

• Relevant WorkExperience : 6 or more yrs.
• A minimum of 4 years of relatedbusiness analysis
• A minimum of 4 Use CaseDevelopment
• A minimum of 4 Years experienceas a PEGA Business Architect
• Broad experience in anorganization that develops and delivers software tocustomers
• Managing software functionalrequirements throughout the SDLC Participation in an Agile softwaredevelopment environment
• Working with users / stakeholdersto understand and capture software solutionneeds
• Configuration and deployment ofsoftware solutions at the enterpriselevel
• Documentation of requirementstest cases and training material RoleResponsibilities :
• Acts as the liaison betweenBusiness and Technology teams and have ability to translate betweentechnical and nontechnical teammembers.
• Works closely with BusinessProduct Owners and Stakeholders ATCSU and Lead Business Analysts togather user stories and translate into businessrequirements.
• A wide degree of creativity andinitiative is expected.
• Understands the business visionand translates to Technologyimpacts / solutions.
• Work with Technology teams tocome up with solutions that meet Businessneeds.
• Proactively identifies andmitigates risk to projects.
• Performs multiple roles as neededduring the course of theproject.
• Strong interpersonalcommunication and relationshipskills.
• Solid experience with businessprocess modeling and changemanagement
• Solid experience with documentingrequirements functional design and leading testexecution.
• Partner with internalstakeholders and customers to understand business problems to besolved
• Capture functional softwarerequirements and translate into userstories
• Coordinate with Product Managerand stakeholders to facilitate backlogreviews
• Participate in Agile softwaredevelopment sprints and sprint planningactivities
• Assist agile teams and processesas necessary
• Define solution acceptancecriteria and assist in softwaretesting
• Publish software release notesand maintain other productdocumentation
• Develop and maintain solutiontraining material
• Integrate best practices intocurrent working procedures
• Participate in and providesupport to customer successteams
• Create wireframe designs forfunctional requirements
• Conduct process and producttraining as needed
