If you are passionate about spearheading high-impact industrial projects from concept to completion in the identified markets, primarily in the Southwest region, and have a proven track record of turning strategic vision into reality, this is your opportunity to lead and excel! What You'll Do :
- Strategize & Innovate : Craft and execute market penetration strategies that set new benchmarks for success.
- Lead Market Expansion : Identify and capitalize on high-potential markets for cutting-edge industrial developments.
- Build Strategic Partnerships : Forge strong relationships with brokers, municipalities, and key stakeholders to accelerate project growth.
- Drive Project Excellence : Oversee every phase of industrial development, from initial concept through to final completion, ensuring alignment with our top-tier quality and business standards.
- Negotiate & Secure : Negotiate land acquisitions with sellers and brokers, securing prime locations for our developments.
- Manage & Mentor : Lead cross-functional teams through due diligence, entitlement processes, preliminary pricing, and project underwriting with finesse.
- Present & Persuade : Showcase potential projects to the Investment Committee, securing internal approvals and capital to bring projects to fruition.
- Coordinate & Optimize : Direct site-specific development plans, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure successful lease-ups and full project stabilization.
What We're Looking For :
- Educational Foundation : Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, project management, or a related field.
- Experience & Expertise : 8-10 years of experience in sourcing and developing industrial projects.
- Communication & Leadership : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for relating well across all levels of the organization and with clients.
- Analytical & Strategic : Superior problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of real estate transactions.
- Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Detail-Oriented & Driven : Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision, and a passion for meeting deadlines.
