As a Senior Product Associate in Biometrics, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings.

- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
- Concept, iterate, and create sophisticated design and content solutions that will live in websites, brand campaigns, sales decks and product experience.
- Initiate and foster cross functional relationships among delivery partners
- Serve as primary contact on specific components of work
- Participate in initiative-level sessions, contribute to research studies, and patriciate in product experience design.
- Recommend and implement design decisions on initiatives, heavily influenced by research findings; Leverage design best practices and patterns when feasible;
proposing and codifying new patterns when appropriate
Produce, test, and iterate on experience artifacts, including user flows, interaction models, prototypes, wireframes, low / high fidelity sketches, and design specifications;
Ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Experience in the UX field with experience in interaction design and visual design.
- Experience in creating high fidelity designs and annotations, storyboards, user flows, customer journeys, site maps, etc.
- Created and delivered presentations to internal or external stakeholders
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
- A working knowledge of Accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA)
- Portfolio highlighting experience in visual design
