Receptionist
Sprung Structures’ 13-decade history began in 1887 designing custom canvas products. The Sprung family of inventors innovated and improved the technology over the years, applying it to structures in multiple industries including, military bases, schools, hospitals, sports arenas, fabrication plants, warehouses, and now sound stages.
Sprung Structures is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Receptionist at our USA Headquarters in West Jordan, Utah.

- 2+ years of reception experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent with administrative education an asset.
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with problem-solving under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent ability to work well with others.
Punctuality and the desire to assist where needed are vital to success in this role.
As the initial contact for the public, the primary responsibilities are :
- Welcome all incoming guests and clients and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
- Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Supply ordering.
- General office administration work as needed.
