Production Control Administrative Assitance

Essential Functions :
- Reads, interprets, and maintains specific instructions from build schedule and future scheduling adjustments
- Maintain machine Shop Priority Log
- Assisting with work orders and the effectiveness of the accountability is on a regular basis
- File and Maintain customer records for mfg.
parts
- Ensuring that all orders are documented, correcting any actions that is needed and maintaining accuracy
- Track all work orders
- Maintain all maintenance related to P.O.s and identify shortages inhibiting release to shop floor and reconcile orders
- Enter Purchase orders for raw material into NetSuite and track Raw Material Stock Purchases
- Compiles and maintains records as schedules, in process production reports and status
- Maintain Logs of finishing or outside vendors orders
- Perform other related job duties as assigned or requested by the production and other departments
- Other duties assigned
