A reputable company in the area is looking for someone with AT LEAST 3 years of estimating experience in Commercial Roofing & Construction.
Edge software knowledge and managerial skills suggested.
Responsibilities of a Senior Estimator :
- Conduct on-site evaluations and measurements
- Prepare accurate cost estimates using Edge software
- Oversee other estimators
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and pricing
Essential Job Functions of a Senior Estimator :
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 3+ years of experience
In addition to a competitive salary of $110,000 to $150,000, the company offers benefits such as bonuses, company truck and 401K.
