We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Production Lead.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Daily ordering of customer equipment based on estimated planned shipping volume.
- Offers assistance, support, and training to production staff.
- Manually imports and updates order information from customers system into SFS.
- Validates materials data from SFS against Customers in house systems.
- Tracks Order status and ensures these are completed within the allotted TAT.
- Installs and configures new equipment, including operating software or peripheral equipment as required.
- Runs basic tests as outlined in workflow process.
- Responsible for gathering parts in preparation for shipment to include kitting, packaging, labeling and staging.
- Interacts with various internal groups as necessary to collect metrics and report status of units in configuration process.
- Ensures processes for received and shipped units are followed.
- Inspects units for cosmetic defects and reports findings in SFS.
- May complete physical movement of materials.
- Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and / or other quality system requirements in their department.
- May perform other duties as assigned
Education, Training and Skills :
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 or more years of data entry experience, preferred.
- 2 or more years of forward or reverse logistics, repair and / or inventory processes and systems preferred.
- Able to utilize manual moving equipment including; pallet jacks, carts, etc.
- Email and written messaging with intermediate Excel knowledge.
- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, preferred.
- High attention to detail during data entry.
- Familiar with 5S processes and practices
- Intermediate English abilities required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with general supervision
