YOUR IMPACT AS OUR KITCHEN SUPERVISOR
This full-time position works during our operating hours of Sunday - Wednesday, 11 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 AM and Thursday - Saturday, 11 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 AM .
The Kitchen Manager may be required to work outside of the open operating hours.
As our Kitchen Manager, you ensure our kitchen team runs like a well-oiled machine. You oversee your team as they prepare and plate dishes, making sure everything that leaves our kitchen is tasty and perfect.
A team player, you set your cooks up for success by helping set up the lines and offering constructive feedback when appropriate.
You also make sure the workstations and equipment are regularly cleaned, maintaining a neat and hygienic environment. At the end of your shift, you manage the closing procedures before heading home and getting ready to do it all again the next day.
You must be able to identify efficiencies, find solutions and share the issues and solutions with the Executive Leadership team.
You take pride in being a capable leader who makes waves in the culinary world!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience working in a professional kitchen
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership position
Do you have strong communication and management skills? Can you think on your feet and quickly address problems as they arise?
The Kitchen Manager must promote a positive attitude, hold employees accountable and be able to deliver concise messaging to their direct staff.
