POSITION OVERVIEW :
Focused on the protection of sensitive information and confidential information, the Data Loss Prevention & Investigations Analyst position will focus on the identification and protection of data throughout the Fontainebleau Las Vegas
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary :
- Monitoring of data movement - the transfer of sensitive data across the organization's network and systems to ensure it complies with security policies
- Plan and implement cybersecurity measures and controls to respond and alert to exfiltration incidents
- Research cybersecurity software tools and countermeasures; recommend and install hardware and software programs to mitigate security risks
- Manage and validate system vulnerability and patch management remediation
- Work with internal IT, hardening of systems to adhere to published standard
- Work with and support Cybersecurity investigations
- Identify, monitor, and present data points, including daily dashboards, metrics, and reporting
- Ensure continuous improvement of security operations processes and procedures
- Perform threat hunting across the network for proactive detection of anomalous events and possible intrusions / attacks
- Work on cybersecurity projects providing technical support and guidance to IT and other teams
- Audit & compliance support including validation and gap remediation
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

- Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Systems or related field and / or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two plus (2+) years of experience in cyber or IT security operations, intrusion detection, security architecture or other equivalent experience
- Experience with DLP tools such as Symantec DLP, McAfee Total Protection, Forcepoint, Digital Guardian, Microsoft Intune, or Microsoft Purview
- Familiarity with technologies used to classify, label, and protect sensitive data
- Strong understanding of endpoint security, network monitoring, and security controls to prevent data exfiltration
- Knowledge of DLP best practices and standards
- Ability to respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement remediation plans
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and possess a holistic business view
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Pro-active and can-do approach to problem solving
- Current, relative industry certifications preferred
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
